We don't check too many EF Falcons these days, but this one displayed a problem which was common with these cars when they were younger. The coolant was running out at the RH side of the head gasket. A proper repair could cost more than the car is worth, & in this case the dealer cut his losses & sent the car to a wrecker.
Because it was a cheap car, someone could easily have bought it without having an Independent Inspection.

Dodgy Tyre
This is another potentially dangerous tyre problem.
The bulge on the side is just waiting to burst, probably at the most inopportune time.
This car had just had a 'Safety Check'!!!
The sales person was not happy that this had been missed by his mechanic, as the car could easily have left the yard & caused a crash, leaving him with a big problem to sort out.

Dangerous Tyre
Here's a front tyre with a crack on the inside wall.
There was no way of the owner knowing as it could not be seen from outside & there was no vibration when driving. The owner was quite shocked when he realised what the consequences could have been if this tyre blew out on his high performance car.
Tyres are mostly overlooked, but are very important, being the only thing between the car & the road.

Safety Checks
The pic shows a rear suspension bolt about to fall out of a 200 series Cruiser. This vehicle already had a 'safety check'. We find quite a few things like this, so it pays to have an Independent Inspection on any vehicle you are considering buying.
